25-year-old American born Cellist Abby Lorimier has spent over a quarter of her life in the UK. In this new & debut performance by Sinfonia Cymru, Abby and her fellow musicians explore her American identity and what American music looks and sounds like today. Expect a jaw dropping fusion of moving stories and powerful music by four diverse, female composers living & working in America today; Caroline Shaw, Augusta Read Thomas, Lera Auerbach & Gabriella Lena Frank.

Featuring a pre-performance talk from 6:30pm.
