Covid Pass rules

Published Friday 12 November 2021

In line with Welsh Government guidelines, from Monday 15 November, you must show a valid NHS COVID Pass or a negative lateral flow test result (taken within 48 hours) to attend performances at theatre and concert venues in Wales. This requirement will be in place for our performances in Newport, Cardiff and Pontyberem between 18 and 20 November. Please note, venues are unable to permit access if you do not present the valid information as the Government guidance doesn’t allow for any discretion to be used in exercising this rule.

Please visit www.gov.wales/nhscovidpass for information on how to get an NHS COVID Pass. Alternatively lateral flow tests can be ordered from www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests. Please note that to access a digital COVID Pass you will need a smart phone, tablet or computer. Once you have the Pass you can either use your phone to verify your status or print a copy and bring that with you. If you don’t have access to a suitable device, perhaps a family member or close friend can help you. It is possible to request a printed version of the Pass; however, the website warns that the timescale for this is currently up to 10 days.
